I couldn't find an accurate tab for this song anywhere, so I dabbled with it for one night and this is what I got. 
This is propably not accurate either but hey, I'm stoked on it. Hah.

Note: Elliot Smith tunes a whole step lower for this song. I don't know if he did that alot... Took me a while to figure this out.

So, the tuning is actually  D G C F A D

  The intro and the verses are pretty much the same thing. Repeating the first       
  and the second part. 
  It's obviously best to just listen to the song and figure out the structure.
