for piano
It's quite difficult to write for piano with a staff and note but this is a
godd attempt
The way its written out is:
 
melody (right hand)
lyrics 
chords (left hand)
                                                V
All the chords are played in a waltz rhythm (ie 1-2-3, accent on the first
beat)
so when for example the chord is D you play the note D on the first beat
the F# 
and A together on the second beat:

Do the same thing for all the chords (except G# and A which you just play
once each)
