For the part that starts with "I'm looking at a hand of broken plans..."
continue
this picking pattern for every chord over the lyrics, which all are
regular bar chords in the E form. (except E which is open) If the chord
is written twice do the pattern twice.
Once you get the pattern down this part is pretty easy, I guarantee this
is not the exact way to pay it but it sounds ok to me. I hope that makes
sense, but I doubt it.
